Reservation and cancellation policy

1. Reservation requirements

Maximum occupancy:

  • Rooms Blues & Jazz, 80’s, Portuguese House: Accommodate between 1 and 6 people.
  • Nostalgia, Hall of Fame Rooms: Accommodate between 1 and 8 people.
  • Sakura, Disco Fever rooms: Accommodate between 1 and 12 people.

Each room is private and reserved exclusively for the group booking it, guaranteeing a personalized and comfortable experience.

 

2. Booking procedure

Booking methods: Reservations can be made in three ways:

  • Website Reservation System: Through our online platform, available 24 hours a day.
  • Telephone: Contact our office directly during opening hours.
  • In person: Visiting and booking directly at reception.

     

Booking confirmation: All bookings are confirmed by e-mail, guaranteeing that the booking is registered.
Any changes to the status of the reservation, such as cancellations or modifications, will also be communicated by e-mail.

Required information: To make a reservation, you must provide your first and last name and e-mail address.

Minimum and Maximum Anticipation for Bookings: A reservation can be made at any time, as long as it is made at least 1 hour in advance of the desired time to use the room.

 

3. Payment Policy

Payment Methods: We accept the following payment methods:

  • MB Way: Fast and secure payment via the app.
  • Credit/Debit Card: We accept all major cards for online and on-site payment.
  • Multibanco: It is possible to generate a reference to pay via Multibanco or home banking.
  • Money: Only available for bookings made in person.

Depósito/Pré-pagamento: Para garantir a reserva, é necessário um depósito prévio de 30 euros.
Este valor é deduzido do total e o restante pode ser pago no dia da visita.

Payment on site: Final payment can be made on site on the day of the booking. We accept payment by card or cash.

4.Reservation Cancellation and Amendment Policy

Cancellation deadline: The reservation can be canceled, free of charge, up to one day before of the scheduled date and time. After this deadline, the conditions below apply.

Fines or Cancellation Fees: In the event of late cancellation (less than 24 hours before booking), a deposit of 30 euros will not be refunded. This amount is retained as a cancellation fee.

Changing your booking: Customers can change the date and time of their booking easily and free of charge via:

  • Personal Area: Online, on our website.
  • Telephone: Contact us directly using our phone number.
  • In person: On site at our reception.

If the change is to a higher-priced room, the customer will only have to pay the difference. If the new room is for a lower price, the difference will be refunded if payment has already been made in full.

This policy offers flexibility to clients while protecting the establishment against late cancellations, maintaining a fair balance between both parties.

 

5. No-Show Policy

Consequences of No-Show: If the client does not show up at the scheduled time, the payment will not be refunded. This amount will be charged as compensation for the blocked time slot.

Late Arrival Policy: In the event of a delay, the time the room can be usedwill not be extended.
A reserva deve seguir o horário estipulado, e a hora de término será respeitada conforme o agendado inicialmente, sem possibilidade de alteração.

 

6. Rules for using the rooms

Arrival times: We advise customers to arrive at least 10 minutes before of the scheduled booking time.
This allows the routing process to be carried out quickly and efficiently, ensuring that the experience begins without delay.

Damage and Cleaning: Before clients leave the room, our team will check the space.
If any damage to the equipment is identified, or if the room needs extra cleaning due to improper use, the client may be held responsible for the associated costs.

Prohibitions: To ensure a safe and comfortable environment for everyone, it is no smoking in the rooms. Also, no drinks or food may be brought in from abroad..
Temos uma seleção de bebidas disponível para que possam desfrutar da experiência sem preocupações.
É também proibida a entrada de animais, exceto cães-guia.

 

7. Security Policy

Appropriate Behavior: All customers are expected to respect the normal operation of the establishment.
Any inappropriate behavior that disturbs other customers or the operation of the establishment will result in the
immediate expulsion from the site, with no place for a refund. We want to ensure a pleasant and safe environment for all visitors.

 

8. Privacy Policy

Use of Personal Data: Personal data provided by customers, such as name and e-mail address, will be used exclusively for booking purposes.
Não partilhamos, vendemos ou utilizamos essas informações para qualquer outro propósito que não seja a gestão das mesmas.
A privacidade é uma prioridade, e os dados estarão sempre protegidos.
